Overview
Please note: Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) require that packages for this event are only sold to persons physically present within the state of Nevada (NRS 462.180). By completing your order for this event, you attest to your physical presence within Nevada state lines at the time of ordering. Potential prize winnings are subject to forfeiture if you are found to have violated Nevada laws or regulations.
Once placed, your order will be available for pickup at the check-in desk.
Any unclaimed orders following the event will be forfeit and do not carry forward to future events.
Refunds
Once the Bingo event happens, there will be no refunds. Unclaimed orders will be forfeit and do not carry forward to future events.
Refunds are only granted in exceptional circumstances, and only when the funds have not been granted to the charity. Some circumstances in which refunds might be granted include:

The purchase was made in error, had an incorrect amount, or there was some other problem with the purchase
- After the event occurs, no refunds will be given
Event Cancellation
In the event that a particular Bingo Event is canceled, every effort will be made to allow you to use the Bingo cards at the next event.
Due to the fundraising nature of these events, every situation will need to be evaluated considering the current situation.
